Did you hear? The Schoolhouse Children's Museum was on radio talk show

The Schoolhouse Children's Museum was featured on a national internet radio show, Your Time with Josie, on Friday, May 21st, 2010. You can listen to the replay show in our Media page, located on MUSEUM on the main menu of the website.

Mario Aguilar, education director for the Schoolhouse Museum, discussed education, museums, and other topics with 15 year old radio show host Josie.

Your Time with Josie is a national (and international) internet radio program broadcasting every friday, with differant celebrity and non-celebrity guests each week. Each show includes interviews, discussions, done in a fun, light-hearted style for all ages to listen in. The show's 15 year old host, Josie, and aspiring singer and on air personality, encourages all to follow their dreams, and accomplish set goals, as she has by doing her own radio show.

Upcoming Events

The original Boynton Beach schoolhouse built in 1913 was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1994. It now serves as a museum for children featuring various exhibits and activites, both indoor and outdoor, as well as educational programs involving children and parents.
